ACCREDITATION STATEMENT AND CREDIT DESIGNATION
European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (UEMS/EACCME)
The 1st Asian Conference on Innovative Therapies for Diabetes Management, Singapore, Singapore 18/11/2024 – 20/11/2024, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 10.5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
American Medical Association (AMA)
Through an agreement between the European Union of Medical Specialists and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognized by the UEMS-EACCME for ECMEC credits are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
To claim Cat 1C (Overseas Events) credits, Singaporean doctors registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) must log in to the SMC online portal using their Singpass. Once logged in, they should submit a self-claim for the ATTD-ASIA 2024 Congress under the Cat 1C (Overseas Events) category. Doctors need to attach relevant supporting documents, such as the congress program and their Certificate of Attendance/Participation. Additionally, in the “Additional Remarks” field, they should provide the name of the overseas accreditation body (EACCME), that accredited the event.
Each claim will undergo review, and the doctors will receive an email notification once their claim has been processed.

Target Audience
ATTD-Asia 2024 is the global meeting place for physicians, researchers, and scientists in the fields of endocrinology, pediatrics, and family medicine. Because of the diverse, clinically focused educational offering, participants can tailor the curriculum to meet the needs of international clinicians of all levels of experience.
To Receive Your CME/CPD Certificate
The CME/CPD certificate will be available after completing the online evaluation and credit-claiming procedure. The process takes about 5 minutes. We thank you for your feedback as it is an important part of CME/CPD accreditation and helps improve future educational offerings.
Before February 20, 2025:
1. Login to the ATTD Education Portal or register first if you don’t have an account.*
* register using the same email address as your ATTD Conference registration.
* make sure to select “Diabetes” as your main field of interest.
2. Once logged in, go to “Online Learning”, and click on the CME/CPD certificate banner on the landing page.
3. Complete the anonymous online evaluation.
4. Complete the credit claim form and submit it.
5. The CME/CPD certificate will be available for download; retain it for your personal records.
