Satish K. Garg is Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics at the Adult Clinic of the Barbara Davis Center for Diabetes of the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver, Colorado. His team is one of the top teams world-wide in clinical trials involving insulin analogues and novel methods of insulin delivery (pens, pumps, oral, buccal and inhaled) and non-insulin adjunctive treatment options for Type 1 Diabetes. 

Dr. Amit Gupta (India)
People-First AI for Diabetes Care

Dr. Amit Gupta is a Diabetologist and Metabolic Physician based in Noida (NCR), Delhi, India. He is Medical Director at the Centre for Diabetes Care, Greater Noida, and Adjunct Professor in the Department of Medicine at KMC, Manipal (MAHE). Dr. Gupta serves as Chair of the IDF School of Diabetes, Chair Elect of the ADA Public Health and Epidemiology Interest Group, and Secretary of the ADA Global Advisory Group. He is also involved with RSSDI, Diabetes India, ACP India Chapter, ISMN, and Diabetes Technology India. Dr. Gupta has authored over 75 publications and remains engaged in advancing diabetes care, prevention, and education at both national and international levels.

Prof. Pratik Choudhary (UK)
ATTD-ASIA ABBOTT SCHOOL and How Can CGM Be Used to Support Patients in Care Homes

Pratik Choudhary is a Professor and Honorary Consultant in Diabetes with a special interest in type 1 diabetes and technology. Since joining the team in 2020, he has developed a wide portfolio of research around type 1 diabetes, management of hypoglycamia and improved use of diabetes technology. He has led the development of hands on as well as online training for people with diabetes as well as care professionals to learn about how to use diabetes technologies. Professor Choudhary is the lead for type 1 diabetes in Leicester and is also Clinical Lead for Type 1 diabetes for the Midlands. He also chairs the Secretary of State for Transports Honorary Advisory Panel for diabetes and is ex-chair of the Diabetes Technology Network
