This cutting-edge platform offers a real-time AI companion for patients, allowing for continuous monitoring and personalized interventions between clinic visits at just one-tenth of the cost of traditional human-led care. Tap Health’s adaptive engine leverages data from lifestyle patterns, glucose trajectories, and behavioral inputs to provide predictive, tailored solutions that strengthen patient adherence and significantly improve glycemic outcomes.
